本文分析了秦岭北麓黑河流域森林资源现状及其保护情况、林业生态建设成效和管理措施，并就在保护和建设中存在的问题提出合理化的建议。
Abstract:
Based on the forest resources along Hei River watershed，forest ecological construction and management status,measures for improvement and protection were suggested.
